I came across this incredibly affordable ($22.50), yet striking and adorable, soft hobo on Amazon.   The Candice Flower Soft Hobo features braided handles and removable flower. Based on comments it is and appropriate size as a hand carry bag, but a bit small for a shoulder bag (it always is so hard to tell from photos that lack a model).

I think it looks perfect for matching with spring and summer dresses, or use it to dress up jeans and a T-shirt.
