I don’t know that I would pay in the $800-900 range for PVC boots, but these Maison Martin Margiela Painted PVC Booties are rather interesting. The original designer behind the liner, Martin Margiela, is often referred to a unconventional and focuses on deconstructionist design. The line now is run by a new team but with the same avant-garde focus.
The boots are made of clear PVC with distressed paint details and an exposed back zipper. the chunky heel is 3 1/2 inches.
